Table Sponsor - Paid
Title Sponsor - Available upon request (call for details and cost)

Promotional Sponsor - Free^*

^*Free Promotional sponsorship is based on 2 factors:

You must be accepted by the Event Committee (based on your ability to promote the event and the size of the audience you can reach)
Proof of promoting to your database and through your Facebook account

In exchange, promotional sponsors receive:

Table Sponsorships

The South Florida Facebook BASH live event offers 3 types of Table Sponsorships:

Bronze Sponsor – $997 (only 11 are allowed)

Table to display sponsor banner, materials, collect leads, etc.
Banner and link on Martini Networking's Business Events Weekly Newsletter (www.MartiniNetworking.com) sent to thousands of people each week leading up to the event
Logo and live link on home page of www.SouthFloridaFacebookBASH.com
Valuable Pre-Event publicity / inclusion in Press Releases
Post-Event CD with Photos of the Event including your Table
Logo and Website information on the marketing promos sent out to approximately 250,000 people in South Florida
Onscreen advertising at the live event on 25 screens to all attendees
Special on-stage announcements acknowledging Sponsors
Ability to add a prize for the prize drawing (at Sponsor’s option)
A package of 10 VIP Entry Tickets
After the event marketing thanking the sponsors

Silver Sponsor - $2497 (only 3 allowed)

Table to display sponsor banner, materials, collect leads, etc.

You will have a VIP section for 20 guests to entertain with food and drinks

Gold Sponsor - $4,997 (only 1 allowed)

Your name will be appear as Headline sponsor and it will read "Sponsor name South Florida Facebook BASH"

You will be added as a sponsor with a table for 2 major business expos (inquire about which expos)

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship packages/benefits are maximized the earlier a Sponsor applies and is accepted by the Executive Board. All benefits are subject to the Sponsor providing information, files and/or materials to the Event Organizers in a timely fashion. Sponsors shall forfeit the right to any benefit that requires receipt of materials by a certain date if Sponsor does not deliver said material by said date. Confirmation will be made once sponsor is approved.

to discuss the details. All Sponsors must be approved by the Executive Board. In order to maximize value, interested Sponsors are highly encouraged to lock in their spot ASAP.
